EPA to Delete SMS Instruments, Inc. Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is issuing a notice to delete the SMS Instruments, Inc. Superfund site in Deer Park, New York, from the National Priorities List, following completion of all remedial actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980, and requests public comments on this proposed action.
