EPA Approves Minnesota Pollution Control Agency's Request to Revise Air Quality Implementation Plan

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a request submitted by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) to revise the Minnesota State Implementation Plan (SIP) for sulfur dioxide (SO2) emissions, updating information on a facility owned by ELT Minneapolis, LLC, formerly known as United Defense, LP, Inc.
