EPA Removes Peter Cooper Corporation (Markhams) Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized the deletion of the Peter Cooper Corporation (Markhams) Superfund Site in New York from the National Priorities List, following completion of all response actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980.
