EPA to Delete Peter Cooper Corporation (Markhams) Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is issuing a notice of intent to delete the Peter Cooper Corporation (Markhams) Superfund Site in New York from the National Priorities List, seeking public comments on the decision, following completion of all response actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980.
