EPA Approves Delaware Air Quality Implementation Plan with Non-Substantive Changes

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve the State of Delaware's air quality implementation plan, which includes administrative and non-substantive changes to the state's air pollution control regulations, without prior public comment period, as the agency views this as a noncontroversial submittal.
