National Environmental Justice Advisory Council to Host Public Teleconference Meeting on Environmental Justice Concerns

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is hosting a public teleconference meeting on August 26, 2010, to discuss its charge to the National Environmental Justice Advisory Council (NEJAC) on incorporating environmental justice concerns into permits under Federal environmental laws, and its draft Plan EJ 2014. The public is encouraged to provide comments during a public comment period from 3:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. Eastern Time.
