EPA Disapproves Ohio VOC Limits, Conditionally Approves Revision

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has disapproved a revision to Ohio's volatile organic compound (VOC) limits for high-performance architectural coatings, but conditionally approved a revised version with a commitment to enforce the new limits within a year.
