EPA Proposes Approval of Indiana State Implementation Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to Indiana's State Implementation Plan (SIP), which includes transportation conformity criteria and procedures related to interagency consultation and enforcement of certain transportation-related control measures and mitigation measures, in order to meet requirements of the Clean Air Act and Transportation Conformity regulations.
