Clariant Corporation Seeks Tolerance Exemption for Pesticide Ingredient

Clariant Corporation has submitted a petition to the EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, requesting an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of a specific pesticide ingredient, allowing it to be used in pesticide formulations without establishing a maximum permissible level for residues on food or feed commodities.
