EPA Proposes Rule to Regulate Coal Combustion Residuals Disposal

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a rule to regulate the disposal of coal combustion residuals from electric utilities and independent power producers, extending the comment period and providing additional public hearings and a webinar.
