EPA Proposes Approval of New Mexico's Plan to Prevent Interstate Air Pollution

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a plan submitted by the State of New Mexico to address air pollution from interstate transport, in compliance with the Clean Air Act's 'good neighbor' provisions for the 1997 ozone and PM 2.5 standards.
