EPA Proposes Revisions to Arizona State Implementation Plan for Maricopa County

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the Maricopa County portion of the Arizona State Implementation Plan (SIP) to regulate particulate matter emissions from construction sites, unpaved roads, and other sources. The EPA will accept public comments on the proposal before making a final decision.
