EPA Cancels Registration of Pesticide Biter Fighter Due to Voluntary Request

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a cancellation order for the pesticide Biter Fighter, following a voluntary request from the registrant Ticks and Mosquitoes, LLC. The cancellation was prompted by a June 9, 2010, notice in which the EPA indicated it would cancel the product registration unless it received comments within 30 days, but no comments were received and the registrant did not withdraw its request.
