EPA Approves California's Plan to Reduce PM-10 Emissions

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the State of California's plan to redesignate the Coso Junction planning area to attainment for the particulate matter of ten microns or less (PM-10) national ambient air quality standard (NAAQS), and to implement control measures to reduce PM-10 emissions from Owens Lake.
