EPA Submits Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking OMB approval to renew an existing information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act, to gather data on unreasonable adverse effects of pesticides under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) Section 6(a)(2).
