EPA Approves Baton Rouge Air Quality Plan, Suspends Submission Requirements

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has confirmed that the Baton Rouge area has met the 1997 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS), allowing it to suspend submission requirements for its air quality plan until further notice.
