EPA Agrees to Respond to Petition in Clean Air Act Citizen Suit

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has agreed to respond to a petition by October 18, 2010, as part of a proposed settlement agreement in a lawsuit filed by Environmental Integrity Project and Environment Maryland over a CAA Title V operating permit issued to a pulp and paper mill in Maryland.
