Notice of Proposed Administrative Settlement for Malone Service Company Superfund Site

The US Agency is proposing a settlement with 32 parties to pay $1,015,013 in response costs for the Malone Service Company Superfund Site in Texas City, Texas, in exchange for a covenant not to sue under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA). The public has 30 days to comment on the proposal.
