U.S. Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Carbon and Alloy Steel Threaded Rod from India Sold Below Normal Value

The U.S. Department of Commerce has found that Indian steel threaded rod was sold in the U.S. at prices below its normal value during the review period, and is rescinding the review for certain companies.
