EPA Proposes Partial Approval of North Dakota State Implementation Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency is proposing partial approval of North Dakota's State Implementation Plan revisions to address Clean Air Act requirements related to the interstate transport of air pollution and maintenance of 1997 PM2.5 and 8-hour ozone NAAQS standards.
