EPA Proposes Approval of Colorado State Implementation Plan for 1997 Ozone NAAQS

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve the State of Colorado's implementation plan to address the 'interference with maintenance' requirement of the Clean Air Act, which aims to prevent states from causing other states to fail to meet the 1997 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards.
