EPA Approves Alabama's Revised State Implementation Plan to Reduce Volatile Organic Compounds

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revision to Alabama's State Implementation Plan (SIP) to exclude two additional volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from the state's air quality regulations, in line with a federal rule finalized in 2009.
