EPA Proposes Revision to Alabama State Implementation Plan for Volatile Organic Compounds

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to the Alabama State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM) on March 3, 2010, to update the definition of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in accordance with the federal rule finalized by EPA on January 21, 2009.
