EPA Publishes Status Report on New Chemical Receipt and Review

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has released a status report on the receipt and review of new chemicals, covering the period from September 1, 2010, to September 17, 2010. The report includes premanufacture notices (PMNs), test marketing exemptions (TMEs), and notices of commencement to manufacture new chemicals.
