EPA Proposes Rule to Delist Hazardous Waste from Beaumont Refinery

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted a proposed rule to grant Exxon Mobil Beaumont Refining and Supply Company's petition to exclude a specific solid waste from the list of hazardous wastes, following an evaluation using the Delisting Risk Assessment Software (DRAS) Version 3.0.
