EPA Cancels Chloroneb Pesticide Registrations, Allows Continued Use Until October 31, 2010

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a cancellation order for certain pesticide registrations containing chloroneb, a pesticide subject to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), effective October 31, 2010. The order permits the continued use of affected products in accordance with existing stock provisions.
