EPA Extends Compliance Date for Spill Prevention Rule, Delays for Milk and Milk Product Containers

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is amending the compliance date for the Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Rule, providing an additional year for certain facilities to prepare or amend their plans and implement them, while delaying the compliance date for facilities addressing milk and milk product containers.
