EPA Approves Wisconsin State Implementation Plan Revisions for Nitrogen Oxides Reasonably Available Control Technology

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to the Wisconsin State Implementation Plan, which includes provisions for implementing nitrogen oxides Reasonably Available Control Technology for major sources in the Milwaukee-Racine and Sheboygan County ozone nonattainment areas, in line with the Clean Air Act requirements.
