Illinois EPA Completes Disapproval of Nitrogen Oxides Control Plan

The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Illinois EPA) has finalized the disapproval of a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision for regulating Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) emissions, following a proposal by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to disapprove the plan in 2008.
