EPA Proposes Approval of Mississippi's Greenhouse Gas Tailoring Rule Revision
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a portion of a draft revision to the Mississippi State Implementation Plan (SIP) to modify the state's Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) program for greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. The proposed revision establishes emission thresholds for determining which new sources and projects are subject to PSD permitting requirements.
