EPA Proposes Amendment to Significant New Use Rule for 2-Propen-1-one, 1-(4-morpholinyl)

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to relax rules governing the use of 2-Propen-1-one, 1-(4-morpholinyl), a chemical substance, under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), allowing certain uses without requiring a significant new use notice (SNUN).
