EPA Proposes Significant New Use Rule for Cobalt Lithium Manganese Nickel Oxide

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing a rule requiring companies to notify the agency 90 days prior to manufacturing, importing, or processing cobalt lithium manganese nickel oxide for a new use, in order to evaluate and potentially prohibit or limit the activity.
