EPA Withdraws Direct Final Exclusion for ExxonMobil Refining and Supply Company-- Beaumont Refinery

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has withdrawn its direct final exclusion for the ExxonMobil Refining and Supply Company-- Beaumont Refinery, following receipt of adverse comments, and will no longer exclude this facility from the Identification and Listing of Hazardous Waste rule, which was published on October 1, 2010.
