EPA Proposes Approval of Indiana's Clean Air Interstate Rule Implementation Plan

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve Indiana's revised Clean Air Interstate Rule (CAIR) implementation plan, which will replace the current abbreviated plan with a full plan, allowing the state to govern its own emissions regulations.
