EPA Approves Delaware's Negative Declaration and Withdraws Plan Approval for Hospital/Medical Waste Incinerator Units

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve the State of Delaware's negative declaration and request for withdrawal of its plan approval for Hospital/Medical Waste Incinerator (HMIWI) units, which are required by the Clean Air Act (CAA)
