EPA Partially Grants and Denies Petition to Object to Luke Paper Company's Title V Permit

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) partially granted and partially denied a petition to object to a title V permit for Luke Paper Company's facility in Luke, Maryland, following a petition filed by the Environmental Integrity Project and Environment Maryland in 2009.
