EPA Proposes Approval of Alaska's Revised Prevention of Significant Deterioration Plan
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) for Alaska, which updates the state's Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) program to reflect changes in the federal PSD program related to greenhouse gas emissions. The proposed revision aims to align Alaska's program with the EPA's draft SIP revision.
