EPA Proposes Settlement Agreement to Address Ozone Nonattainment Lawsuit in Washington D.C.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a settlement agreement to resolve a lawsuit filed by the Louisiana Environmental Action Network in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, citing failure to meet Clean Air Act requirements for ozone nonattainment areas in the Baton Rouge region.
