EPA Revises Pesticide Tolerance Crop Grouping Regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized a rule to update its pesticide tolerance crop grouping regulations, allowing for the establishment of tolerances for multiple related crops based on data from a representative set of crops, with the goal of promoting global harmonization of food safety standards and increasing the use of lower-risk pesticides on minor crops.
