EPA Proposes Rome, Georgia, Fine Particulate Area Attainment

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to determine that the Rome, Georgia area has met the 1997 annual fine particulate standards, effectively suspending certain requirements for the area to submit a plan for further progress and other planning revisions.
