EPA Extends Comment Period for Utah State Implementation Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the public comment period for a document published on November 19, 2010, regarding the Utah State Implementation Plan (SIP), which the EPA claims is substantially inadequate to meet national air quality standards. The EPA is now accepting comments until January 3, 2011, in response to requests from several stakeholders.
