EPA Announces Availability of Petition for Rulemaking on ESA Procedures

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made available a petition from Growers for ESA Transparency (GET), a coalition of western US growers, requesting the agency to establish clear procedures for pesticide effects determinations and subsequent actions on endangered species, consistent with the 1988 ESA amendments.
