EPA Proposes Revisions to Nebraska State Implementation Plan for Greenhouse Gas Permitting

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to Nebraska's State Implementation Plan (SIP) for preventing significant deterioration and regulating greenhouse gas emissions, which were recently submitted by the state's Department of Environmental Quality (NDEQ).
