EPA Submits Renewal of Ultra-low Sulfur Diesel Information Collection Request for OMB Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking OMB approval to renew its Information Collection Request (ICR) for Ultra-low Sulfur Diesel, which is required by the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA). The ICR, EPA ICR Renewal No. 2364.03, is a renewal of an existing approved collection and is expected to be reviewed by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval.
