Coast Guard Issues Final Rule for Special Local Regulations and Safety Zones for Marine Events and Fireworks

The US Coast Guard is revising its list of special local regulations and safety zones for recurring marine events and fireworks displays in the Fifth Coast Guard District, adding 15 new locations and revising 31 existing ones, while deleting 21 no longer occurring events.
