U.S. Extends Temporary Protected Status for El Salvador for 18 Months

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security has extended the Temporary Protected Status (TPS) designation for El Salvador for 18 months, from September 10, 2013, to March 9, 2015, allowing currently eligible beneficiaries to retain their status until March 9, 2015, as long as they continue to meet the terms and conditions of TPS.
