Coast Guard Proposes Permanent Safety Zones for Recurring Marine Events in Duluth Zone

The US Coast Guard is proposing to establish permanent safety zones to protect spectators and participants from hazards associated with recurring marine events in the Duluth Captain of the Port Zone, where vessels would need authorization to enter or operate within the zones.
