Coast Guard Proposes Temporary Safety Zone for Bullhead City Regatta

The US Coast Guard is proposing a temporary safety zone on the Colorado River in Arizona to ensure the safety of participants, crew, and spectators at the Bullhead City Regatta on August 10, 2013, and to regulate vessel access to the waterway.
