Extension of Border Zone in the State of New Mexico

The Department of Homeland Security has extended the distance that certain nonimmigrant Mexican nationals can travel in New Mexico without needing a U.S. Customs and Border Protection Form I-94, aiming to boost commerce and tourism in the region while maintaining safeguards against illegal entry.
