U.S. Coast Guard Establishes Safety Zone for San Diego Symphony Summer POPS Fireworks 2013 Event

The U.S. Coast Guard is setting up a safety area in San Diego Bay to ensure the safety of people and vessels during the San Diego Symphony Summer POPS Fireworks 2013 event. The safety zone will be enforced by the Captain of the Port or his designated representative, and only authorized vessels will be allowed to enter the area.
